If you have any problem with your order, please call (888) 588-8569 or email us or visit your accont online to request an RMA. Please include or have your order number handy, so we can help you faster.

  • We will gladly refund, credit or exchange your new or unused items within 30 days
  • We will repair or replace any product or part which proves to be defective in workmanship or material
  • Please make sure all original packaging, tags, labels etc., are included and intact. If you are missing tags, please contact us prior to return.

Please Note:

    • Apparel without tags and labels is not returnable.
    • Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, fluids, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
    • Laundered and hemmed merchandise are not eligible for returns.
    • Please note that free gifts received with a returned item(s), must be returned as well
    • Custom/personalized items can not be returned.
    • Hazardous materials products (including but not limited to pepper spray, safety flares, and marking paint) can not be returned
    • If an item is not eligible for return, you will be notified and the items will be shipped back to you.
    • If you were waiting to make an exchange, Customer Service will contact you to confirm the credit transaction and the new order transaction, as CHIEF processes exchanges as two separate transactions.

Get Your Return Authorization

  • To initiate a return, please visit your account online, and create a return merchandise authorization number first (RMA). If you need assistance email us or call Customer Service at (888) 588-8569 from 8 A.M. EST to 6 P.M. EST (MON- FRI) for a return authorization number.
  • Please have your order confirmation # ready when you call (located on the email we sent you)
  • Include your order number on all correspondence
  • Your authorization number needs to be clearly visible on the outside of the return package
  • Please do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It may arrive damaged and the package would then not be eligible for credit.
  • Your authorization number, once issued, is valid for 30 days and cannot be re-issued
  • All packages without a return authorization number will be refused
  • Once your return is received and processed you will receive an email notification. Typically credits appear in 3-5 business days depending on your bank or credit card. Also, you may check the status of your return at anytime online in your customer account.

Ship your merchandise (postage pre-paid) with a note explaining the problem, a copy of the packing slip or invoice and return authorization number to:
