Returns FAQ

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 45 days of purchase. Please return each item looking new, with tags still intact, and in the case of footwear please return in the original box. A quick try-on is cool - a full day in the delivery room is less cool.

We cannot accept returns on international orders or domestic orders with items that have been embroidered, scrrenprinted, altered, washed or sold on clearance, unless defective.


How do I start a return or exchange?

If someone in our Call Center placed the order on your behalf, please call 888-222-8919 and one of our customer service representatives will help you with your return.

If you made an online purchase, to start a Return or Exchange, go to returns.chiefsupply.com and enter your email. We'll send you an email that links to your order history - from there, you can select which items you're sending back and print a pre-paid return label. Please include the packing slip inside the box.

For exchanges, you can try a new color/size for any style when selecting which items you're sending back. This is based on available inventory. We'll ship the new color/size right away!


Where can I find my shipping label?

Go to returns.chiefsupply.com and move through the usual return steps. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label once we know which items you're sending our way.


How do I return / exchange a gift?

To begin your gift return, go to returns.chiefsupply.com and click through the "Returning a gift?" link underneath the email entry box.

If you're having trouble tracking down details from the original order, our team is happy to help. Just send us a note at customerservice@lydiasuniforms.com with info about the friendly person who gifted you Lydia's Uniforms and what you'd like to send back.


How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

From start to finish-line, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you. Our Returns Team is located on the East Coast, so retun travel may take up to 5 business days + 3-4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked in, we'll process the refund. Once processed, It could take an additional 3-4 days for your bank to generate a refund back to your original form of payment. Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them.


What is an "Instant Refund Gift Card" and how do I use it?

Once you move through the return steps online, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund. The Instant Refund will be equal to the value of your returns and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away, rather than wait for a credit card refund. Less waiting, more of wearing the products you love.

If your exchange order costs more than the Instant Refund, you will need to use a credit card to pay the balance. If your exchange order is less than the Instant Refund, you'll receive a refund for the balanace back to your original method of payment.


What happens if I don't use my "Instant Refund"

Once your items are checked in, we will deactivate the Instant Refund gift card and issue a refund for any outstanding balance back to your original payment method (or issue an exchange if you requested one.)

If you did not use any of your Instant Refund , you will recieve a full refund for these items. If you used Instant Refund in fill, enjoy your new gear!


Is there a charge for returns or exchanges?

If you are exchanging a product, your new product will be sent using the regular shipping rate. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and the return fee for the returned items(s) will be free.


Can I return all items?

We will always try to accomodate and do our best to satisfy your requests, however we will not accept returns on clearance items, embroidered garments, damaged products, or hazmat items.
